Abikenov Daniyar Timurovich, an individual entrepreneur registered in Kazakhstan, is responsible for processing enquiries on abikenov.com. Contact for privacy matters: daniyar@abikenov.com.
Information and purposes
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Budget and timeline are optional. I use these details to reply, clarify your requirements and discuss a possible project. Providing the requested contact details is necessary to receive a reply through the form. I do not use enquiries for newsletters or advertising mailings. Do not send passwords, bank card details or other sensitive information.
Access and service providers
I handle enquiries personally; employees and contractors do not have access. Formspree delivers form submissions, Vercel hosts the website, and Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects submissions against spam. Messages may be stored in my Formspree account and business mailbox. These providers process data needed to provide their services, even though the accounts belong to me. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and interaction signals.
International processing
The website accepts enquiries from any country. Service providers may process information outside Kazakhstan and outside your country of residence. Their processing and retention practices are described in the provider policies linked below.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are retained for no longer than six months after the last correspondence, then deleted from the records I control. If we enter into a contract, project records are retained for its performance and for applicable legal obligations. Service providers may have separate retention periods for technical logs and backups.
Analytics and spam protection
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and how pages are used. Google may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, page views and interaction events. Analytics cookies may be stored in your browser. The website does not use session recording tools. reCAPTCHA v3 is a security service; it evaluates technical and interaction signals and may use cookies. It is loaded when you submit a valid form. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. If verification prevents submission, you can contact me directly by email.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of your data, or to withdraw consent where processing relies on it, email daniyar@abikenov.com, preferably from the address used for your enquiry. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability and complain to a competent authority. I may ask for information needed to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
