- Problem
To understand a comment, the person doing the work had to find the right moment in the recording and take a screenshot by hand.
- Solution
I automated screenshots from call recordings based on comments, bringing the feedback text and the relevant frame together.
- What changed
The person doing the work can immediately see what the comment refers to, without replaying the whole call for a single change.

Could your team use automation?
Choose a familiar situation
Example workflowNow
One request. Several tools.
6manual steps
- Read the enquiry in your inbox
- Find the client’s contact details
- Copy the details into the CRM
- Add the source and status
- Create a task for the manager
- Send the details to the team chat
Now
Details move by hand. A request can get missed before it reaches the right person.
What I can
build for your business.
The scenarios below show how a workflow could be built around your needs.
THE TASK
Order and payment processing
A manager copies requests into the CRM, prepares documents and checks payments by hand. When something fails, it is hard to see where the order stopped.
EXPECTED RESULT
The manager opens one order to see the customer, documents, payment and next task, without searching across services.
STAFF TIME
Processing one order
Illustrative estimateManual10–15 min
Automated2–5 min
Entering the request, preparing a document and checking status. Excludes waiting for the customer or payment. An estimate, not a measured project result. Actual time depends on the data and workflow rules.
Request & CRM
Requests from the website and forms arrive in the CRM with their source, requirements, owner and next contact date. Returning customers are matched to their records.
Your tools.

I connect the tools you already use. If something is missing, I build it.
And more through APIs

Automation
A new request starts a workflow: save the details, assign a task, prepare a document and send a deadline reminder.
Calls, without losing the details.
Transcribe calls, interviews and voice messages into text you can search, translate and turn into tasks.
- Recording or conversation
- Summary & decisions
- Task in the CRM
And other tools to fit your workflow

Discuss
You show me how things work today. I ask what needs to change and what should stay.
Agreed scopePrototype
I create a flow or prototype. Before development, I discuss how people will use it.
Prototype and work planBuild
I share working parts and gather feedback. I check everyday actions as well as what happens when something fails.
Version for reviewLaunch
I publish the site or service and hand over the code and access. I explain how it works and where to make changes.

Automation projects
What I appreciated most was that he didn't just code what we asked for and call it done. He'd think through how people would actually use these tools day-to-day and build them accordingly.

I worked with Daniyar for several years on various automation projects. He's solid with Python and has a good grasp of how technical solutions fit into actual business operations, which isn't always a given. He tackled a bunch of different areas for us: internal workflow automation, marketing system improvements, and some interesting document processing tools.
The document stuff was particularly useful. He built something that could handle book translations and document summarization, which cut down on a lot of tedious manual work we were doing. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just code what we asked for and call it done. He'd think through how people would actually use these tools day-to-day and build them accordingly. The solutions felt practical rather than just technically impressive.
The work was consistent throughout our engagement. He communicated well, hit deadlines, and the code was clean enough that we weren't worried about maintaining it after he wrapped up. Our contract ended because we'd basically worked through our entire wishlist of automation projects. We just ran out of things that needed fixing or improving. That's probably the best way a contract can end.
If you need someone who can work independently on automation projects and understands both the technical and business sides of things, Daniyar would be a good choice.
Project delivery
Daniyar was incredibly responsive and helpful, professional and was able to understand and deliver the brief exactly! Great job well done and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Bonus on the way!

Daniyar, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You developed everything so quickly and understood exactly what I wanted, even though I couldn’t explain the finished result I had in mind! What amazed me most was that several design mockups were ready almost immediately. Everything was online, quick and easy to follow.
You also handled payment for your work professionally. Only someone confident in their work would accept payment afterwards, without doubting that the result would match the client’s wishes.
I haven’t regretted my choice for a moment and will continue working only with you.
